Revised June 2026. Short version: the calculators don't need your data, so they don't ask for it.
Nine calculators live on this site, and every one of them does its math in your browser tab. There is no server behind them recording your vehicle value, your coverage amount, or your health answers, because those numbers never travel anywhere past your own screen.
Those are two different things. What you type into a calculator field disappears the moment you close the tab. Separately, like almost every website, we run Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns at a page level: which calculators get used, roughly where visitors are located by city, and what kind of device they're on. That is aggregate site behavior, not a record tied to any one visitor's inputs.
Ads on this site run through Google AdSense. Google and the advertisers it works with may set cookies to serve ads based on sites you've visited before, this one included. To limit that, open Google's Ads Settings and adjust personalization there.
There has never been a sign-up flow on this site and there isn't one planned. Nothing you enter is retained between visits, uploaded, or handed to a third party, because we built the calculators specifically to avoid needing to store anything.
A portion of the outbound links here are affiliate links; clicking through and buying a policy can earn us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it has zero influence on what a calculator outputs, since the rating logic and the affiliate program are built and maintained separately.
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies, and doing so will not break any calculator on this site; they were designed to work the same way with cookies disabled. Questions about any of this can go through the contact form.
This site is written for adults handling their own insurance budgeting and isn't aimed at anyone under 13. We don't seek out or knowingly retain data from children.
This policy gets revised as the site changes; the date at the top always reflects whichever version is current.
